There are 400 homes, an in ground pool with changing rooms, and 2 playgrounds set amidst a picturesque country backdrop. The location is convenient to everything including train service at the Dover station, yet the setting is quiet and suburban. The typical home is a 2 or 3 story townhouse with a garage.
